Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees that are not included in the shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs processing can cause delivery delays outside our control.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@lezonis.com with photos so we can assist you. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed to the shipping address provided at checkout — adding Package Protection at checkout covers your order against loss, theft, and damage in transit.
