Every CoPup™ order is covered by our 90-Day Fit-Happiness Guarantee: you have 90 days after delivery to request a free size exchange or a return.
Getting the fit right matters more to us than anything. If the size you ordered doesn't fit your vehicle, contact us at contact@lezonis.com and we'll exchange it for the other size free of charge — we cover the exchange shipping. Not sure which size you need? Send us your vehicle's make, model, and year and we'll confirm the fit before you exchange.
The CoPup™ Backseat Extender is covered by a free 5-year replacement guarantee. If it rips, breaks, or stops working under normal use within 5 years of delivery, email us a photo of the issue at contact@lezonis.com and we'll send you a replacement free of charge. This covers normal use with your dog; it doesn't cover intentional damage or use outside a vehicle.
If your dog doesn't love it — or it's simply not for you — you can return your order within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, the item must be clean, undamaged, and in resalable condition, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return or exchange, email us at contact@lezonis.com. We'll send you return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away with a photo so we can make it right with a replacement or a refund.
Gift cards and free promotional gifts cannot be returned. If you have a question about a specific item, just get in touch.
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you additionally have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, under the same eligibility conditions above.
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically on your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and credit card companies can take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at contact@lezonis.com.
